Sadly no manager Aaron explaining for us how to cook and appreciate each meat…the other reviews all speak volumes about aarons service but when i went there the staff never even ask if we need a demo of how to cook. From previous reviews Aaron kind of sets a high bar for this outlet but at least tell the staff to do a demo too like using the fat to oil the grill and maybe cooking two to three pieces of wagyu cuts if the customer is a first timer. When I went to the outlet beside new york hotel they did this for me…but i brought my parents now and they are first timers. End up my parents all cook very well done cuts…but still taste is good and some cuts still melt in the mouth. Other dishes were so so…only the wagyu platter had standard. Took soft shelled crab and beef curry rice and chicken karage and they were ok.

Our dinner at Awagyu was truly a memorable and wonderful experience. The beef was very tender and juicy. What elevated the experience was the outstanding service provided by the manager, Aaron.

Aaron is very knowledge and passionate in explaining to us the different cuts, pairings, method to cook the beef etc. He even took the time to understand and cooked the beef according to our preference. Every piece of beef was cooked to perfection. ✨

A special shout-out to Aaron for making us feel both welcome and well cared for throughout the evening. 😊

An extremely amazing experience with restaurant manager Aaron. I was greeted by him by my name which was impressive. Such a pleasure to have all the A5 beef cooked to perfection. I can't express how satisfying this is. The quality of beef is definitely 5/5, plus the service provided by Aaron is impeccable, it would not have been this awesome without him! A place I will definitely come back to again!

We had our anniversary dinner here last night and ordered the 5 kind platter. The meat is so yummy, the salty and spicy sauce was so good. The staff all were very attentive and ready to assist you. The premise also has good air circulation and there is no smoke in the area even though every table is grilling. Also, they served us a complimentary chocolate cake (brownies-like) with ice cream for our celebration and it was good as well. It is also halal certified. Definitely will come back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience dining here. When we told Syazwan, the waiter that attended to us, that it was our first time here, he demonstrated to us how to grill the meat. Since there were not many people in the restaurant, he then volunteered to cook all the meat for us.
